SABANA studio

Hello there,
I am the face behind
SABANA studio!

I am Anna.
As an interior designer, I love creating spaces and things that are more than just surfaces
– inspired by nature, architecture, and aesthetics that move and evoke emotion.
For me, design means more than function or form.
It's about atmosphere, about the feeling a space or object can evoke.
My work operates at the intersection of interior design, object design,
and personal meaning.
Our Story

The origins of our collection lie in the design of my deceased mother.
With a keen sense of form and clarity, she designed
the first art stands in 2003.
When I moved out of home,
I placed one of these stands in my apartment.
When I saw it standing there, I knew: This design must not disappear.
It must live on.
So I carefully developed and adapted the design.
What emerged from it are more than design objects:
It is a symbol of connection, a continuation of her signature,
a silent passage of what was important to her.
Each individual piece is also a piece of history – our history.
A story of loss, of connection – and of the strength to move on,
with clarity, calm, and a deep respect for what is essential.
Why the name SABANA studio?
It's made up of two names.
Sabine, my mom, and Anna, my own.
Two generations. Two names. One line.
Our Philosophy
Our design combines purist formal language with deliberate reduction.
In a world full of stimuli, our design objects create space for the essential – for what lasts.
Each piece arises from the desire to create forms with meaning – reduced, clear, honest.
It's not about decoration, but about atmosphere.
About the interplay of light, space, and emotion.
Our design objects are quiet companions – created to last.
They blend in without intrusiveness. They set accents without being loud.
They invite you to see, feel, and live more consciously.
We believe in design that doesn't need to explain why it's there.
Because it feels right.
Because it moves something within us.
Because it lasts.
